Custom Order Policy
Make your own potteries with your own design.
Please send a decent quality photo (at least 3) references or design that you want to put on the surface design.
The image can be modified a little bit for artistic purposes.
This is a handmade-to-order item, your item may have slightly different from what you expect.
All customized order takes at least 4-5 weeks to ship.
Some may come out earlier or some may come out later than 4 weeks. It depends on our kiln firing schedule.
Making pottery is a time-consuming task.
It has to go through several processes that take a lot of time and effort to complete.
Once We Have Your Order
1. Make a clay body form that you want.
2. Dry naturally until the Leather Hard stage.
3. Surface design (hand drawing/underglazing/carving) of your pet's image on the pottery.
4. Dry stage (has to let it dry naturally, otherwise, its surface will crack).
5. Bisque fire the pottery (1st firing): Bisque ware stage.
6. Glazing work.
7. Glaze Fire the pottery (2nd firing): Glaze Firing stage
All above the process need at least 2 weeks, moreover, we have a kiln firing schedule for premade products.
