Returns & Exchanges Policy

All products are fragile and require a lot of caution to packing and shipping.

We are sorry to say that your return or exchange request(s) may not be accepted with a simple mind change or other reasons. 

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before we ship your item.

Before shipping, all orders can be canceled (Excluding custom-made products)

Damaged product Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange a new item or full refund without any charge of return shipping cost. 

For that damaged product return, we must receive your request within 3 days of the date you received your item with picture evidence.

Please email to changheepottery@gmail.com or text message to 253-883-9955 within 3 days of receiving your product.

Once your damaged products return request is submitted, we will send you a confirmation letter as soon as possible.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

However, once we received your returned item,

we will include the shipping cost from the cost we will give you a refund.
